Overview
The Specialita model is the variant of the Mignon with the largest grinding discs with a diameter of 55 millimeters. With these large grinding discs, the Specialita is by far the fastest in the series. Thanks to the technological developments of the Eureka Atom mill, this mill grinds extremely quietly!
How does this mill distinguish itself from the competition? The compact size ensures that the grinder does not get in the way and feels at home in even the smallest of kitchens. Thanks to the digitally adjustable timer, everyone can brew the same coffee with ease (super consistent) and the grinder also distributes the grind extremely evenly in your filter bowl for an even flow during brewing.
