The new ECM Puristika Espresso Machine is the perfect combination of design and functionality. The ECM Puristika has been specially developed for the espresso fan who is looking for an elegant espresso machine without all the bells and whistles. In short, it's simply about espresso.
The ECM Puristika has a high-quality vibration pump and the single boiler and compact size ensure that the machine is up to temperature extremely quickly. The PID control can be used for individual adjustment of the boiler temperature and ensures that the temperature remains stable. In addition, the PID acts as a shot timer at the same time.
The stylish combination of polished stainless steel and the anthracite housing is completed by the subtle midnight blue accents on the pressure gauge and pressure regulator. You can also see the water level of the machine at a glance through the external glass water reservoir - with a generous capacity of 2 liters.
